Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Narva (the “Service”), an online tool that generates videos from topics, scripts and voice recordings you provide. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials and API tokens secret.

2. Credits and payments

• Rendering consumes credits. The estimated cost is shown before every render; you are charged at most that amount and any difference to the final length is refunded automatically.
• Credits from failed renders are refunded automatically. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open and are non-refundable once used.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; the current period is not prorated.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and may exclude local taxes.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the topics, scripts, recordings and files you upload, and you own the videos, images, narration and music generated for you, to the extent such rights exist. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for what you publish. Do not create content that infringes others’ rights, impersonates real people, deceives viewers about real events, harasses anyone, or violates the policies of the platforms you publish to (including YouTube’s Community Guidelines and monetization policies). Only clone a voice that is yours or that you have written permission to use.

4. YouTube integration

When you connect a YouTube channel, the Service uses the YouTube API Services to upload videos and read basic channel information on your instruction. By connecting you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect at any time from the Service or from your Google security settings.

5. Acceptable use

No abuse of the Service: no attempts to bypass credit limits, resell access without permission, overload our systems, or generate illegal, sexual or extremist content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. AI output

Generated scripts and visuals may contain errors. Review your videos before publishing; the Service is provided “as is” without warranty that output is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, channel strikes, demonetization or indirect damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
